Ingredients
½ cup water
2 (.25oz) packets of unflavored gelatin
1 cup mango puree
1 cup mango juice
½ cup granulated sugar
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 cup vodka or tequila blanco
Chamoy sauce
Spicewalla Chilli Lime
24 (2oz) portion cups with lids
Recipe
- Heat water and gelatin in a small saucepan over medium heat, whisking until the gelatin has dissolved, about 5 minutes.
- Add the mango purée, mango juice, sugar, and lime juice, whisk contstanty and warm on medium heat for about another 5 minutes. Remove from heat to cool slightly.
- Whisk vodka or tequila into the cooled mango gelatin until combined.
- Add a few drops of chamoy sauce into the bottom of each 2-oz cup. Fill each cup evenly with mango gelatin mixture. Place the lids on each cup and set them in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- When ready to serve, remove from the fridge and remove the lids. Sprinkle the Chilli Lime on each jello shot and enjoy!
